We are pleased to announce that we are inviting interested parties to tender for the full evaluation of the WLL Big Lottery Project.
The project was launched in November 2016 and since then activity has been underway to develop and implement the core services it offers. WLL are now looking for an external, experienced evaluator or evaluation partnership to work with the core team, to provide ongoing and structured evaluation as the project moves forward. WLL wants to continually assess and is committed to evaluating its performance against all of its Project Outcomes of which the external evaluator will be integral to this process.
The external evaluator will be expected to provide information to continually develop and shape the project until November 2020, as part of the commitment to ongoing evaluation, learning and development. At the end of each year a Learning and Development event will take place, where key findings of the evaluation along with recommendations will be presented to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
This is a wide-ranging piece of work requiring multiple skills as well as experience of working within a multi-sectoral and multi-agency partnership. As such we are open to tenders from academic departments or research groups/teams or a consultancy, or a partnership between a number of different groups, who will work with a women centred/gendered approach.
DUE TO THE SENSITIVITIES OF THE CONSORTIUM AND THEIR SERVICE USERS, BIDDERS MUST TAKE A WOMEN CENTRED/GENDERED APPROACH AND CONSIDER THIS IN THEIR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST.
The closing date for expressions of interest to Tender has been extended. Exact closing date to be confirmed.
